My approach is shaped not only by professional training, but also by many years of personal development and self-exploration. Through years of self-enquiry, I have developed a deeper understanding of emotional patterns and a more balanced way of responding to them. I have also travelled to work alongside Amazonian practitioners, gaining insight into alternative approaches to emotional healing and personal transformation.
